Spicy Watermelon Margaritas

Patio szn has just begun in Chicago & that means porch dranks. I’ve got you margarita lovas covered with these delicious Spicy Watermelon Margaritas!

CHEEEERS TO THE FREAKIN’ WEEKEND! Happy SATURDAY! SUMMER IS COMING 🙌🏼 Chicago is finally starting to warm up (a little, anyway!) after months of grey skies and below-freezing temps. I, for one, could not be happier. Warmer weather and sunny skies are an instant mood boost for me. And just about everyone else in the city.

Warmer weather also means margarita season. Tell me, is there anything better than a margarita on your porch in the summer? Not for me.

So, I’ve taken my favorite cocktail and added my favorite summer fruit along with a hint of spice to create my Summer 2019 go-to cocktail. Spicy Watermelon Margaritas are equal parts sweet and spicy and everything you want in a refreshing summer drink.

You can whip up these Spicy Watermelon Margaritas in just 5 minutes. Woah. And without all of the added sugar and crap of the mixes you get on the grocery store shelf. The recipe below is for 2 cocktails but you can easily multiply to make larger batches!
